"I've worked for Bank of America for most of my working life. They have great benefits but there is opportunity in their compensation. Especially for those who are dedicated employees and go out of their way to get the job done and make recommendations for process improvements. Also seeing some of the senior leadership team not willing to confront other senior leadership on their blindness to top talent that reports to them."

"I like their customer service; I will always be their client."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"There is little room for advancement as a Modification Customer Assistance Team member when hired by a temporary agency. Once the temporary hire positions convert to permanent position they can be eligible for more pay on a more secure basis with medical coverage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"That they hire temporary Modification Processors on permanent basis with higher pay and Medical Benefits."
