Their benefits packages are excellent and they truly take care of their employees. My work environment was also excellent. "Please be extremely professional and friendly. Also show your sales skills because banking is a world of numbers, you provide excellent results they would know who you are. Please emphasize that customers are the number one priority."

"What I did not like about working for B of A is that there are a lot of politics involved and for the higher positions (management positions) most of the time are offer to externals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to focus on their employees not only in sales, that is why the turnover in B of A is extremely high."
