"I've worked for the company for four years now and consider the company not to be a very great company to work with. I say this because I don't like that there isn't opportunity for advancement within the company. I also don't like the fact their isn't a better scale system on raises either. I feel as I wouldn't move up the scale with this company so that's why I have been looking to find better opportunities elsewhere."

The culture is one where employees are constantly in a CYA mode and are looking to point blame, rather than take responsibility for their own actions. The focus is also on tasks of little importance, while large actionable items go to the grave (due to people not wanting to stand out and take on the risk of a high exposure project)."

"As a consultant I worked in an office in Atlanta. My coworkers were very supportive and friendly. The commute was great and the campus was comfortable."

"Know the company culture. Be sure to have a very clear discussion regarding what your job duties will be."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"There are a lot of offshore workers. While I have no problem with that at all, working with the drastic time difference can be quite challenging. Also, it took six weeks to get a fully functional computer so that I could perform all of my job duties."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider limiting the number of meetings people are required to be in every day. Literally the majority of my team who worked from home were in meetings or unavailable all day every day."
