"Get it in writing! Be direct with your questions. Do not leave anything to chance or ambiguous, as upper management will use it to their advantage."

"If you're not 100% fit or become slightly ill, then you are slowly and methodically forced out. They do not accommodate fairly if you become partially incapacitated (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, stress, etc.). You will be forced out of a job through bully tactics. Be prepared to sell yourself. Management works 12 - 14 hour days with no compensation package for the time you put in, such as comp days or overtime."

"Be respectful, use less threatening tactics, and be more aware that the happier the employee is, the greater he/she will perform. Learn to appreciate achieved goals and accomplishments. Treat those around you and under you respectfully, with dignity and fairly. It will get you much further and earn you more respect."
