"I didn't like the in-your-face attitude of the upper management, and the alpha male mentality it took to get along with most of management. I didn't like the fact that I had to challenge a lot of management, and prove them wrong to gain their respect."

"Don't take yourself so seriously. In this age, tough guy attitudes aren't something desired in the workplace with the legal problems we have."
