"I like the fact that it requires the ability to work well and efficiently with other people. Each driver had customers inward and outward that greatly affected his/her ability to perform at a high rate. The pay and benefits were great."

"Be prepared to sacrifice personal/family life at UPS much more than working for other organizations which provide equal compensation and better opportunity for personal growth."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"The rigid corporate structure at UPS leaves very little opportunity for upward mobility for unionized operations employees, even after completion of a college degree through company tuition-reimbursement programs."

"Inform employees much better as to any company opportunities for advancement, and consider the best candidate from within."

"There is constant movement, not letting me fully develop in one area before being moved to the next."
