"The rigid corporate structure at UPS leaves very little opportunity for upward mobility for unionized operations employees, even after completion of a college degree through company tuition-reimbursement programs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Inform employees much better as to any company opportunities for advancement, and consider the best candidate from within."
