"Stop the lay offs and begin managing. Do weekly evaluations of employees, at least a note once a week on the good or bad the employee had done that week."
"This position was an entry level position which gave you enough information to become upwardly mobile within the organization; however, in the process of a re-organization, the center closed and it was not the type of position which was hard to replace; therefore, I opted not to move."

What do you like about working at Sprint?
"Talked to some good customers and calmed down the bad ones. Sprint gave a lot of extras to the employees as far as exercise rooms, pool tables and etc. to help relieve stress from this job."

"Ask about their shift bids and how they work and how the extra money pay out works, because it is so different then what you think."

"Certain team leads did not treat others as equals."

"Train their team leads to show more respect to workers and not have them ignore them when the try to get help. Their training classes should be more real world than classroom reading."
