"it is not for every one, every person has his own reasons for staying or for leaving and looking and searching for some thing better, my reason hm the companies vision and values is not what they really say, micro management and the main reason why i left is the manager at the branch i worked at should have been fired after the lawsuit to the company, but that never happened lots of ppl left to other jobs, i had hopes things would change but got tired of waiting, as i said its not for everyone. not for me."
"I worked contract, so I was basically working for myself. But i enjoyed my years there."
"I have worked with Wells Fargo for 25 years. It is a great company to work for."
"In recent times, Wells Fargo has undergone several challenges in terms of its business model and operational execution. However, the company is making serious efforts to change things. It has stepped up and acknowledged the mistakes it has made, has replaced key people in its business divisions with new leaders and in some cases has undergone a complete overhaul of operating teams. It has made recognizing people for the work they do a priority and the compensation is among the best in the industry. It has some distance to go in improving the systems and processes but change is underway there as well. The company is on the path to regaining the lad it lost within financial services in the last few years!"
"Great employer with wonderful benefits and opportunities"

The company is now working go grow into a better managed company in the face of changing laws and security risks etc. The change in the tech department continues and creates challenges for staff who need to be flexible and principled."

"I’ve worked with Wells Fargo for over 2 years now overall the company is great to work for. Things however are always changing due to new regulations and the company slowly moving more towards mobile banking. I feel that with time they will start cutting staff and closing branches with lower deposit volumes due to mobile banking."
"I've worked for Wells Fargo since the beginning of the year. There are a lot of red tapes involved in everything that needs to be done. This is common for enterprises this large. The compensation is great. However, I do not recommend this for someone who likes to wear multiple hats."
"I have worked for Wells Fargo for over two years and in my time with the company, I learned many valuable lessons to which I can use in any organization to perform at my very best. The company holds it's employees high and rewards them for all of their hard work and continues to value both clients and employees alike!"
