"it is not for every one, every person has his own reasons for staying or for leaving and looking and searching for some thing better, my reason hm the companies vision and values is not what they really say, micro management and the main reason why i left is the manager at the branch i worked at should have been fired after the lawsuit to the company, but that never happened lots of ppl left to other jobs, i had hopes things would change but got tired of waiting, as i said its not for everyone. not for me."

Things however are always changing due to new regulations and the company slowly moving more towards mobile banking. I feel that with time they will start cutting staff and closing branches with lower deposit volumes due to mobile banking."
