"Been with Wells Fargo for 10 years now in the Technology Field and have nothing bad to say except that yearly raises were quite disappointing based on all the profit we always had in our department."
"Looking for a better job, where I can improve my skills"
"I have worked for Wells Fargo for five years. I have enjoyed my time in the banking industry and would recommend friends and family to apply to the financial industry as soon as they are out of high school and begin climbing their way up. As long as you are motivated you will be able to climb the ladder and find positions in anything that interests you. There are many different departments to choose from and managers that care about your career path."
"Good place to work, continual growing experience"

"Great company to work for."
"I’ve worked at Wells Fargo for 7 years in 5 different departments. Overall the company is great to work for. However each department has their own rules. It’s like working for a completely different company. Depending on what department you’re in that could be good or bad."
"I've work with Wells Fargo Advisors for 6 years and have been very pleased with how well the company has been managed. As an employee our job was to put the customer first, as a corporation they give so much to their employees. This is a place that will take care of you and encourage you to expand your career. This can through higher education or promotions. I would recommend this corporation to anyone looking to start or continue their career in the Financial/Banking Fields."
"I've worked for Wells Fargo for over 20 months. The culture of the team is great and the exposure to modern techniques in the areas of AI and ML is phenomenal."
"I worked for Wells Fargo since 2015. The company is strong and the team member relationship is strong. The work life balance is poor but the benefits make up for it."
"My career at the banking institution has greatly expanded my knowledge on banking, finances, collections, customer service, and de-escalation. The banking institution also has a diverse culture and a very inclusive workplace environment. This company really cares about team member engagement which creates a fun workplace atmosphere."
"Selfish people, too materialistic"
"i enjoy getting up every morning and do the task that gets assigned to me. I enjoy working with a customer and learning from my team members daily bases."
"I have worked here for almost a year now. The management has been very friendly and supportive. The work culture has also been very favorable."
"Depending on your manager, Wells Fargo can be a good company. I enjoyed my time there, however, if one person makes a mistake in any part of the company, everyone is affected and can potentially have their job at risk. I did not work on the retail side, however, the retail side of the company made many mistakes eventually leading to our layoff in the mortgage servicing department. Pros: overtime often available, work environment, compensation (ok), a lot of vacay time + bank holidays Cons: The people above your department do not care about the frontline, layoff (displacement) possible at any time regardless of great results"
