The company is now working go grow into a better managed company in the face of changing laws and security risks etc. The change in the tech department continues and creates challenges for staff who need to be flexible and principled."

Things however are always changing due to new regulations and the company slowly moving more towards mobile banking. I feel that with time they will start cutting staff and closing branches with lower deposit volumes due to mobile banking."
