"I have been with Wells since 4 years. In this 4 years I have found the company to be very sales and growth oriented. Learned a lot from my first manager and my recent district manager. While getting quality work done and achieving sales goals made some good friends. Also learned great management style from recent manager. Performing in all three buckets is essential in banking industry. I am glad with the help and support of all my coworkers and management I was able to achieve this. The three buckets are sales, service and operations."
"I have worked with Wells Fargo since 2009 to 2010. I found this company a strong company."
"I've worked at Wells Fargo. Great company to work for."
"I worked for Wells Fargo is a great company, my relationship with my co workers was excellent. I accomplished all my personal goals for my job title. I feel grateful that I worked for such great company that I learned a lot from. unfortunately the distance from my job to my home was far away, so this was complicating my family time."
"It's an okay place to work. Extremely conservative."
"Great company to work, it's the best!"
"Great place to work. Fun environment. Great benefits. As well as the staff. I would definitely recommend young folks to apply for the company and get a career build. The company will promote you if they see a future in you. Also, bonuses can get up to 10k every 4 months!"
"I have worked for more than 2 years. I have found it to be a great company with good ethical values."
"Worked for Wells for 5 years, started as a teller and moved on up through the ranks becoming a customer sales and service rep, a personal banker, business specialist, and then as a business specialist and assistant manager. Now it seems to plateau and further career development is bleak."
"Enjoyed working at this location. Very good company."
"Wells is a stable company that tries to do the right thing for both employees and customers."
"I worked for Wells Fargo for 3 years at their biggest Refinance Hub in the US. Our location closed thousands of loans each month."
"Great place to work for. Very little room for growth opportunity."
"The problem working at Wells Fargo is the salary midpoint and region you reside in. Once you are at or over the midpoint, you eventually will not get a raise. It becomes very difficult to move up to a higher level role, like the SA6, which really forces an employee to leave. Other than pay, it is an amazing company full of tenured, highly skilled and great workers (FTEs). They are super flexible about stuff like work hours, although I imagine it depends on the manager."
"Not a healthy environment."
