"Build loyalty by giving senior employees regular work day hours and give the nights and weekends to those that are seeking nights and weekends. Work schedule too random."

"As a contractor, you have no benefits, paid time off for holidays, etc, and can be terminated at any time. The team I worked with was exceptional, professional. My immediate supervisor was a great mentor."
