"I'd consider a different company that takes better care of their customers."

"My wages are not competitive with the current market rate. TWC is not an efficient company."

"I'd focus on problems with installing new services. I'd also bring in college educated management."

"Don't make waves. Just go with the flow and nod your head and smile. This is the key to moving up the ladder."

"A significant number of coworkers miscommunicate, have difficulty understanding or are too stubborn to recognize good advice that is critical to the situation at hand."

"Promote people who honestly make a difference and are committed to the product, despite their differing views with management."

"It needs to open up more to the employees, as of right now it is kinda boxed, each person having a crate and not really working outside of that function."

"Be prepared to show you're flexible and can jump departments if needed."

"Too little information is shared or passed on about company direction or day to day actions."

"Bring in a focus on new ideas and technology. As well as a better approach to employee happiness and job enjoyment."

"I was on call 24/7 every third week. But that wasn't really bad."

"The only suggestion is to hire people with more of a technical background."

"I enjoyed working with the equipment. I enjoyed being somewhat in charge of the the work orders presented to me."

"Understand that the physical nature of this job combined with the need for good interpersonal/customer relations skills could make or break your experience with this company."

"The operational relationship between the incoming work orders and the work orders that are presented to the technicians responsible for installations and maintenance is not efficient or accurate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The operational relationship between the customer service reps and the technicians should be more concise. Ride-alongs and technical education would probably improve the accuracy."

"Very flexible, I am able to work from home. A great deal of training has been provided. I have an exceptional manager."

"Just to be prepared for a great deal of change, which is not always a bad thing."

"The organization has moved into a company that tends not to care about their people and the bottom line is generating revenue no matter how that is accomplished."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Good people will be more apt to conform to change and do well when they feel some appreciation. When there is so much pressure and placed in a work environment that causes individuals who have been top performers year after year to feel so unworthy, that cannot be a good sign. From an internal standpoint -- someone from management has to step up to the plate and put their foot down when Rules of Engagement are not followed."

"Lack of hours I was able to produce and lack of support for the representatives."

"Don't lie - they would rather you tell you have no experience than if you lie about your experience. They have a top notch training program for every department."

"The fact that we are unable to conduct installations while we are with the clients."

"None, the management team is very structured and act accordingly and professional. They definitely keep active communications to all their employees."

"Be knowledgeable in areas such as telephony and internet, but being able to sell products is a growing desire."

"Work gets tedious, with very little challenge after initially learning job function. Very micromanaged feel."

"If possible, find a way to keep employees from growing complacent, and job from feeling stale."
