"Get what you can on the way in because there is no chance for growth. There is no chance for advancement. No investment made in the employee. Great for a pay check and benefits if you don't mind shutting off your mind, marching along, and smile when it is time for the beatings."

"The company does not value the employee at all. This is a very demoralizing place that has no value for the worker."

"Listen. There is something valuable that your employees can offer you. If you don't feel that way, why have them around."
