"I was on call 24/7 every third week. But that wasn't really bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only suggestion is to hire people with more of a technical background."
"I've worked with TWC since 2005 and the sales training offered by them is the best, period. The pay can be as high as $75k a year, the average is $45k. The only downside is that every word we say is recorded and scrutinized. There will always be room for improvement even if you are rank # 1 in the company. They will always remind you on the negative and forget to mention the positive. That's the one on one coaching we received."

"Management needs to be more technically involved. It's hard for a worker to explain what is going on if they cannot intelligently explain it."
