"Almost 20 years of getting squeezed."

What do you like about working at Spectrum?

"Good benefits that they are cutting all the time. Charging more for services to employees as well. Still the highlight of the job."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get what you can on the way in because there is no chance for growth. There is no chance for advancement. No investment made in the employee. Great for a pay check and benefits if you don't mind shutting off your mind, marching along, and smile when it is time for the beatings."

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"The company does not value the employee at all. This is a very demoralizing place that has no value for the worker."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen. There is something valuable that your employees can offer you. If you don't feel that way, why have them around."

"It was very cliquey and if you weren't a favorite then the management made your life miserable."

"Be open to suggestions from the floor. These are the people who are on the phone day in and day out."
