What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"Almost everything, they write you up for everything, which means you cannot join any groups or move, nothing. They say they have sick days but even if you have 300 sick days under your belt, if you're sick, you get an occurrence even if a doctor says you cannot work... if you get 5 occurrences you get written up. 6 months you can't do nothin then if you are sick, they want a note from the dr that says you can return back to work with no restrictions. Management and HR are the worst. They don't listen to complaints or issues. Harassment by management is terrible. People are fired all the time for no reason, they don't appreciate anything and you get nothing but complained about. Nothing good you do is ever shared, it sucks working there but ya have benefits and crappy pay... but... it's a job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a life and spine."
"Excellent company to work for."
"Time Warner is a great company."
