"I would say try to talk to them and see what they will pay you and try to haggle with them."

"I don't like that it is only nine dollars an hour, the pay is not very good but it is a seasonal job."

"I would suggest a different layout for our products."

"The people who weren't brown nosing to get ahead were the best part of the experience. The pay was also the highest I've experienced in retail."

"Don't!Unless you are great at brown nosing and work politics, this place is not for you. Hard work means nothing, training to move up in the company There is none.... and if there is any it's given to those previously stated. The company itself MAY not be all that bad but the communication between corporate and a regular hourly employee are non-existent. If corporate roles out a new policy you're going to have to look into it and managers don't allow you the time to do such things."
What don't you like about working at Best Buy?
"Hard work goes unnoticed, at times the amount of work compared to the pay was simply just not worth it. Managers need to stop as superiors because the guys beneath you, are the ones doing the REAL work."

"The work politics need to end, training culture needs to be instated, and hard work needs to be acknowledged / rewarded."
