Overall pretty good experience in a collaborative workspace, the managers are great and always trying to motivate us in order to maintain a good conversion rate in term of services sold and at the same time providing a great costumer service. "I love the customer interaction and the ability to help others solve problems that sometimes seem impossible. Also, I love the technical innovation of the products and customer relationships that this company strives to sustain."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The first tip I would give would be to research. Much of what I've learned about this company has derived from outside research. The more you know the more you'll be able to grow."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"Although my position is substantial at the time, the store does not allow me to apply the experience and education that I acquired with my degree. I am searching for a position at allows me to be fluid and use my creativity to benefit others."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should be open to change that will allow new employees to be trained in a professional manner. Many of the managers are stuck in a traditional form and do not incorporate other possibilities to help employees learn the company, skill and growth potential."
