"Great place for kids out of high school to get a grasp of work life and technology."

"It can be fun and has great benefits and the discount is awesome. Hard time finding mentors or anyone to help train or move up for that matter. They don't seem to care about furthering you in any type of career that is fulfilling and worth while. The gap between entry level and any type of leadership has been stretched more and more over the years to make it incredibly difficult to move up."

"I worked with bestbuy since I was 17. When I turned 18 I joined the army and came back to bestbuy after getting out in 2019. Overall it’s a solid company for someone who loves learning and loves tech. The work environment is not toxic and very welcoming."

"This job is a great place to start if you’re really into tech and a nerd for electronics like I was. The management is not that good as I feel like and most of my coworkers felt that they don’t care much about their current employees. But overall if you have a good relationship with your managers like I did they will help you out but if you’re there just to work and not connect much with managers they will neglect you and not help you out much with things like time off and just working overall."

"Best Buy was an agile, and successful company to work for. They were able to respond to the global pandemic swiftly, and with grace, however they could have done better to support their leadership teams that were handling the day-to-day with employees."

"I've been working for Best Buy for about two years and it's no secret that it can be a very competitive market. I've worked every department, besides Geek Squad, and I found myself understanding all the areas of the company more and more. The company does take care of its employees well, even during the beginning of COVID they paid every employee their average wage even if they didn't work."
