"Fun work. Little pay. Growth opportunities are also few and far between."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"Part-time employees make little wages and have no options for benefits. Also, promotions are generally about tenure and not qualifications."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would pay the employees a competitive wage similar to other retail stores such as Nordstrom or Sears."

"Mostly an environment of 16 to 24 yr old kids that are not really career focused. High pressure sales in most departments."

"Sales make money, yes, but trying to con someone into buying things they don't need is unrealistic."
