As a manager, knowing that I helped and played a small role in that development of my employees is very rewarding; and makes me proud to have had the opportunity to see them grow professionally and personally too."
What don't you like about working at Best Buy?
"There were no negatives. Whatever my personal problems were, I left those outside of work once I stepped foot inside of Best Buy. As a manager, it was my duty to create a fun, positive work environment for employees. The only one thing I disliked was the stress, but that comes with the territory of being in the position of power and authority. It was not Best Buy's fault, but it is understood that it is part of the retail grind, no matter what company you worked for."

"My only advice or suggestion to Best Buy management is DO NOT change your philosophy; continue to be the VERY BEST, serve and give back to your community!"
