"Being able to go to a job where you hung out with friends was great. The experience you gain in a store that does that much volume in computer support helps a technician understand the relationship between client and technician. "Be flexible, one day you could be installing a screen on an imac, the next you could be performing data entry or resetting account permissions."

"Being a big fish in a little pool, there was no room for advancement other than part time to full time."

"When a technician needs tools they need them. When a sales representative makes promises the technicians can't fulfill because the store lacks tools, it make for a bad experience for everyone."
