"I've worked for Best Buy for a total of 5 years. Great work environment if technology excites you. Under the right circumstances the staff that your work with can be incredible and genuine, like a second family. There is plenty to learn and what's great is that the company tries a lot to cater to both the customer and the associates that work for the company. My only downside to the company is that there is little room for advancement outside of manager, general manger, or district manager."
