"I have worked for Wells Fargo for the past 14 years and have enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow with the company. The company offers very good benefits to part-time and full-time employees. Wells Fargo Bank has been making a lot of changes with they have received from customers to improve our focus on putting customers first. Unfortunately, part of this means restructuring. Wells Fargo Bank used to focus on developing their own employees for job promotions, but that has scaled back these past few years. Many positions are now filled from the outside and this makes it difficult for current employees to advance in their careers."
"Detail-oriented and award-winning professional Leader with extensive practical experience directing operations while consistently exceeding client service levels, quality, compliance, and process improvements. Skilled in initiating large scale"

"Great company to work for. Great environment and flexibility. Great management."
"For the last six months I've been working for this amazing company. I've never met a more dedicated team of staff that works so hard to help their customers and also encourage one another. It's an inclusive culture and company that likes to promote from within. I've thoroughly enjoyed my work with the company here and was sad they reduced my hours due to covid 19. Can't say enough good things about this company."
"Well established financial institution."
"I have worked for Wells Fargo for almost two years. It has been a wonderful experience so far. I've learned and mastered many skills. My team was very supportive of me and the management was always there to help. During Covid 19. Wells Fargo has been very supportive of it employees in helping in anyway how."
"I worked for Wells Fargo since 2018 in various locations and remotely. They are an ok company but not much room for advancement."
"Someone on site caught Covid and the way they responded was extremely irresponsible. Over 40 people still working in office and the “social distancing” guidelines weren’t enough to stop people from getting sick. The training was completely virtual and how they handled the amount of employees they hired to come in instead of letting them work from home is completely irresponsible and they are contributing to the increase of cases."
"Work place is good, but pay not so good."
"Good company to work in. Room for growth has been the main key accompanied by team work.."
"I’ve worked for Wells Fargo since May 2018. This company has given me opportunities to grow professionally and as a man. I’ve learned many communication skills working with such a well structured company. They have an amazing CEO with a well driven vision for the company and I have nothing but good things to say about this company."
"There are no advancements for non whites."
"I worked for wells Fargo from 2010 until 2019. I considered everyone in the company family and chose to leave due to extenuating personal circumstances. It is an excellent company to work for. I enjoyed working for every supervisor. They really made me want to succeed in every possible way."
