"Been working for Wells Fargo for approximately eleven months and I have nothing to complain about. It is a good place to work and there is much room for growth. They are very flexible with their hours when it comes to school. Not only are they flexible, they provide you with a lot of benefits even as a part time employee."

"Make sure to ask a lot of questions so that you are clear on what your tasks and responsibilities are."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"I did not enjoy the tasks I was responsible for or the recognition I received. I did not believe in the product, so it made it quite difficult to sell."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My recommendation would be that they should be clearer with the responsibilities for credit managers during the interview process, which would hopefully lead to less dissatisfied employees."
