"It's almost like running my own business, so I decide my pay, hours, time off, etc. It's a great job with great coworkers."

"Working for a new company can be challenging. This is mainly due to all the changes that I have no control over. Some are good but some are bad, so I'm still trying to weigh the pros and cons as the transition is becoming final."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reward everyone who works for you. Some people have it really good because of a lucky break. That doesn't mean there aren't a lot of other employees working their butts off to earn less and not get recognized. This business can be determined by a lot of luck. Remember that when rewarding the top performers, because some of them have been handed their success."
