"There is a lot of work! I'm happiest and most productive when busy. I was not micromanaged, and my manager and teammates were appreciative of my results."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be positive. Glean what you can about the specific goals and processes of the department, and then offer how your skills will help achieve or maintain those goals. Be confident, but not cocky."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"As a contractor, I could only work for 18 months and then had to leave for 6 months before I could return."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Add contractors to the online company directory. It's difficult to find a contractor's contact information, the correct spelling of their name, etc."
