"I am passionate about tea and would love the job more if I knew I was making enough to live on my own. With my student debt and the fact I am not guaranteed 40 hours a week... Overall I love the new enhanced sales process and the passion behind the product, but teavana has a high turn over rate and needs to address some of the concerns regarding salary and hourly pay."

"It is an amazing company to work for, however there are many issues in regards to middle management and proper cascading of information. It is a highly aggressive sales position and if sales are not met then bullying can be found by supervisors. It is a place that the strong will flourish, the weak will fail, and no room for any in between. There is some effort to try and help, but most efforts are moot and do not proper coverage."

What do you like about working at Teavana?

"If you know what you want, the company sets you up for success. They have agressive targets for every position and task. They ask for much and don't always expect you to achieve it the first time. They just expect your best. Totally a lifestyle in and out of work."

"Research the company plans. IT IS NOT a normal retail job. You would be better suited if you want to move up."

What don't you like about working at Teavana?

"As we aggressively grow we have the growing pains of any expanding business. I feel the company should give stores more freedom in how they respond to customer trends and set their goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't expect the same from every employee. Some people just want a job, some want a career. Do what is the best for them."

"The people at the store sales reps and the customers."

"Unless your friends with someone, your not going anywhere...And get ready for some ups and downs. The company is not consistent with anything!!"

What don't you like about working at Teavana?

"They really don't care about support for their managers. If you are doing good they leave alone and I mean really alone. If you are having a hard time, they micro manage the crap out of you."

"Not put as much pressure on the manager and staff, product is that good it will sell it self. Stop playing favorites."
