They are very flexible with their hours when it comes to school. Not only are they flexible, they provide you with a lot of benefits even as a part time employee."

"They went out of their way to please their employees. Employees were motivated and made it a fun work environment."

"You must have great customer service skill and want to help customers. It is a sales-based company. Make sure you let the manager know you will do whatever is in the customers' best interests."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"The opportunties within my degree field were limited. No database positions were located near family."

"Continue to motivate and please the employees. Keep a strong culture, and stay true to the founders' goals."
