"I have been with Wells since 4 years. In this 4 years I have found the company to be very sales and growth oriented. Learned a lot from my first manager and my recent district manager. While getting quality work done and achieving sales goals made some good friends. Also learned great management style from recent manager. Performing in all three buckets is essential in banking industry. I am glad with the help and support of all my coworkers and management I was able to achieve this. The three buckets are sales, service and operations."
