"Very poor place to work. Very poorly managed, managers constantly vying for attention and recognition major concern of being out done by another manager or another team. Highly siloed extremely difficult to do any task. Benefits like healthcare mental services are a joke programs are so difficult to use in practice they don’t exist. Idiot Senior management team forcing everyone into the office during coronavirus absolutely no consideration for employee health or well-being. Terrible place to work"
"Local management was great but corporate policies and culture leave a lot to be desired. Everday you have to worry if your time is up and layoffs are coming. It's very stressful. While hundreds of people are laid off each month, senior leadership is patting themselves on the back for creating such an "inclusive" culture while those lower down the totem pole are thrown under the bus and disrespected daily. Salaries are good, benefits are good. If you can sleep at night having sold your soul to the devil, this is a great place to work."
"Working at T-Mobile is unlike working anywhere else. The company will invest in you and help you become the best version of yourself. "I’ve worked for T-Mobile for over 12 years, I’ve learned and gained so much experience throughout my career with them. Leadership roles in Becoming Manager and Direction all in the years I've been. Not only did I enjoy it I loved the people culture which leads to great work relationships. There is just a few tips around T-Mobile."
"Great company and advancement"
"It is based on old ways of getting business done, nothing is as progressive as you may want a business to be. Even with demonstrated growth in infrastructure, as we B2B workplace culture, it is still young and quite political at times. Some negative activities are had and there is more workplace gossip that defines those activities even from coworkers in other states. In 5 years I have the utmost hope for the organizational structure to strengthen and the salaries to become better suited for people who have to sacrifice 10 - 12 hours of their day to receive sales."
