"Be energetic and flexible with shifts. Understand high paced enviroment with customers who are not satisfied with company and would like resolution."

"Company chose to outsource majority of jobs and continues to cut jobs for lower paying outsources."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Managment lacks ability to be held accountable on a call center to call center level. More national HR assistance with concerns on a local level"

"The company had good direction until the merger fell through. They are now closing 7 call centers and cutting down on the existing centers. They are now at 60 percent outsourced and 40 percent in the united states."

"Make sure that you are able to withstand a constant flow of customer disatisfaction if you are going to the retnetion department."

What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?

"The mid level management has an opportunity to be held more accountable for performance."

"More high level interaction from national HR in recruiting and hiring process."
