"I have worked for T-mobile for a total of 7 years and have been in a leadership position for 2 years. T-mobile as a company has been great which is the reason for my long tenure there, however I feel some Retail Store Managers and Retail Associate Managers should not be managers at all. I feel they promote based on politics and not performance."

"It has a great work atmosphere, everyone is very friendly, and there are always new things to learn because they are always getting new upgrades on their equipments."

"Show that you are hard worker, team player, and a motivated person. I guess being honest is also a good thing to show."

What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?

"there's not very much I like about this company, other than I fell that some departments get under appreciated and under rewarded for their hard work."

"I think management should follow the company policy and going around the policy, and allowing others to do so."
