"T-Mobile has completely transformed the industry for customers, and as an employee I benefited from their incredible success. Not only are the benefits and financial rewards great, there are many career opportunities as the company continues to grow (make sure you network and make yourself well known though). The environment is also fun and not "corporate" at all - a lot of emphasis is placed on how to better serve the front line employees who take care of our customers, as it should be!"

"T-Mobile use to be great but it has truly fallen off the last year in a half 2 years. Although we have great benefits that tend to make most of us stay, sometimes you start to feel like I know I can get this somewhere else. I have been working here for over four years. I came when there was a freeze on raises and now after all of that and a lot of knowledge about several different departments and trying to move up you tend to see a lot of favoritism. They go off who they want and who they are friends with, instead of who is truly qualified. The atmosphere and morale has been horrible and I just wish and hope for the old T-Mobile."

"I've worked for T-Mobile US for several years. It's one of the best companies to work for and currently thriving at a all time high. There are some gaps in District Manager development that needs to be addressed or the company will lose top talent. Systems that we currently use in our retail stores are behind and out of date. The company is making strides to fix those issues which affects the customer experience. Overall I'm optimistic about the future of the company."
