"The only suggestion I would make would be to have regarding promotions. Many of the coaches at T-Mobile benefited from having great team members, so would rather keep them on their team for their own benefit, instead of suggesting promotion."

"I would suggest having an unbias recruiter base promotion on performance."

"T-Mobile was really a company that put their employees first, and recognized the value of having good members on the team. The company also did a lot in the way of benefits for employees that showed that they valued each person."

"Nothing specific. Most importantly be yourself, and seek a position that is a good fit you as an individual."

What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?

"Throughout the past year the company really has seemed to lose sight of their vision and values which has been a real shame to see as it has caused a decline in both the level of product produced as well as morale amongst employees."

"My opinion would be that management needs to continue to support the employees and foster innovation among them. They should take a step back and question their current practices for launching products and determine whether or not they need to make a change."
