"I disliked the fact that there was no centralized underwriting for the loans that I originated, meaning, after submitting a deal, an underwriter in Columbus, Ohio, would underwrite the file and, no offense, but they typically don't understand the market in Kenosha, Wisconsin."

"Put realistic goals for people to attain, especially in this market today. Do not set your staff up for failure. I am all for working hard to achieve success, but let's be realistic."
