"Grow up, be more professional and fair, and reward those for their work and not for schmoozing. Avoid favoritism."

"JPMorgan Chase is a great employer. They are committed to helping you build your career and encourage you to explore opportunities within the firm after two to three years in a position. I enjoyed the years I spent working for this firm."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Learn as much about the firm as you can before the interview. Review general interview questions. Most interviews are very structured; you are asked questions (8-10) and your answers are recorded. You will normally be interviewed by at least three managers. Be prepared to answer honestly and clearly."
