"The move toward tiny cubicles and a bull pen mentality is the main reason I left Chase. In my field as a software developer, many of us are introverted, and the chaos of working in small cubes with low walls is draining. The ability to work from home is very rare, and viewed negatively by Sr. Management, while at the same time the office space is redesigned with smaller and smaller cubicles because they are running out of space. It makes no sense at all."

"I’ve worked for JPMorgan since 2009 in various roles. The one thing that has remained consistent is the constant emphasis the company has placed on improving employee and customer satisfaction. There was a time when the work-life balance was almost non-existent but that has changed as the company has gotten increasingly flexible with meeting the needs of its employees. There is definitely room for growth as I have been promoted several times. They offer top-notch products to clients and are always on the cutting edge with technology. Although the company has gotten much better with employee satisfaction, there is still room for improvement, specifically with PTO and work-from-home opportunities."

"I’ve been with Chase for 10 years started in 2012 overall a great company. There really hasn’t been a lot of room to move up internally which is why I’m looking else where overall not a terrible company."

"I've worked for JPMorgan Chase for over 8 years. Great benefits. Also great compensation as a banker as long as you are willing to put in the work. The base pay could be better however the commission can make up for the low base pay. Over the years they have made it difficult to meet certain monthly goals. Great place to build a career."

"I worked for JP Morgan Chase through Randstad for a few years and I loved working there. unfortunately, the contractor (Randstad) did not follow the same core values Chase would have like them to. If they would've worked there would have made the environment so much more enjoyable for its employees."

"I’ve worked for JP Morgan Chase since 2017. It is a great company that really takes care of its people. There are lots of opportunities for mobility and the benefits are amazing. They are extremely LGBTQ friendly and love diversity."

"J.P. Morgan Chase bank is a phenomenal place to work. The firm fosters an inclusive environment with opportunity for professional development. While branch banking is a sales and customer service job, Chase Bank focuses on the needs and goals of its clients to offer tailored advice and solutions and avoids aggressive sales tactics. A generous benefits package and a commitment to treating employees well makes Chase Bank an excellent employer."
