"I’ve worked for JPMorgan since 2009 in various roles. The one thing that has remained consistent is the constant emphasis the company has placed on improving employee and customer satisfaction. There was a time when the work-life balance was almost non-existent but that has changed as the company has gotten increasingly flexible with meeting the needs of its employees. There is definitely room for growth as I have been promoted several times. They offer top-notch products to clients and are always on the cutting edge with technology. Although the company has gotten much better with employee satisfaction, there is still room for improvement, specifically with PTO and work-from-home opportunities."
"I’ve been with Chase for 10 years started in 2012 overall a great company. There really hasn’t been a lot of room to move up internally which is why I’m looking else where overall not a terrible company."
"I’ve worked for chase since 2018. Extensive and ongoing training is available throughout your career. Volunteer opportunities and cross-training opportunities are available as well. May be required to travel to different locations. Volunteer and leadership opportunities are available."
"I worked for Chase for more than 2 years. It's a great company to work for. I got along and respected my supervisor but at time felt unheard at times. Maternity leave is absolutely amazing here!"
"JPMorgan is an outstanding company, full of opportunities to grow and learn. Being there has taught me numerous valuable lessons that simply makes me a better professional and person over all"
"I've worked for JPMorgan Chase for over 8 years. Great benefits. Also great compensation as a banker as long as you are willing to put in the work. The base pay could be better however the commission can make up for the low base pay. Over the years they have made it difficult to meet certain monthly goals. Great place to build a career."
"Good place to work , but poor pay"
"I worked for JP Morgan Chase through Randstad for a few years and I loved working there. unfortunately, the contractor (Randstad) did not follow the same core values Chase would have like them to. If they would've worked there would have made the environment so much more enjoyable for its employees."
"I have worked for JPMC for 5 years. I have become a confident person with my work life and outside of work life. The company has taught me values and has made me more outgoing. I started off as a teller and now I am a relationship banker."
"I worked for JPMorgan Chase for 19 years until laid off in 2019. They have a wonderful culture of inclusiveness and great pay and benefits, the company values its employees as well as their customers. I would recommend Chase to anyone looking for a great carrier in the mortgage industry. One can gain experience in many different departments."
"Great company, lets you grow and expand your potential as an employee, Offers many tools to help you achieve your goals and always be successful in your career."
"Took a chance on me and improved my life. Systems slow and work is busy but no way is good."
"Awesome company to work for. Experience gained unmatched."
"I've worked for JPMC since 2018. I thoroughly enjoy my coworkers and team dynamic."
"I’ve worked for JP Morgan Chase since 2017. It is a great company that really takes care of its people. There are lots of opportunities for mobility and the benefits are amazing. They are extremely LGBTQ friendly and love diversity."
