"I have found that my success with Chase was founded upon my ability to identify areas for improvement within and outside of my department, and by making the appropriate changes in the process, resulting in measurable improvement. Show them that your objective is to make the company more profitable and more reliable, while maintaining their high standards of honesty and integrity."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"Shortly after Chase purchased Washington Mutual, they made a business decision to close the card services division and lay off thousands of individuals, including myself. I do appreciate that they chose me as part of the transition team, keeping me employed until the very end and rewarding me with a generous severance package."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to encourage associates at all levels within the company to identify process enhancements and reward their performance accordingly."

"For JP Morgan Chase--nothing. For WAMU--pretty much everything. WAMU paid well, offered good benefits, and had great growth opportunities. WAMU was employee-friendly and showed their appreciation for a job well-done."

"I disliked the fact that they closed all of the operation centers in California."
