"Be sure to interview with your eyes wide open, and no matter what anyone says, your position is not as secure as they make it out to be."

"Employment was tied closely to the economy, and when the economy went south my job was eliminated."

"It would have been nice if, after you laid off employees, you did not go out and buy two expensive corporate jets and refurbish the executive retreat. I'm not bitter, but that was a hard pill to swallow."

"I would suggest more training opportunities for employees. There is not nearly enough time for managers to spend in training with employees. Managers are overworked."

"The Ohio office was a better operation than the office in Jacksonville. It was originally WaMu and the merger is rough on some coworkers."

"Management in Ohio is great. Florida has no need to micromanage employees in this type of department."
