"JP Morgan Securities is a good place to work. The advantages include referrals from the bankers and an unbelievable amount of information on Chase customers. The primary disadvantage is that it has one of the lowest payouts in the industry."

"I worked as an Investment Advisor for 2 years after Chase took over WAMU. One Friday we worked for WAMU and on Monday we were working for Chase. As soon as this happened the senior advisors started leaving and taking with them all their clients. If they did not have clients, they left to other companies in the area.As I heard one of the advisors say we are pre-destined to fail as employees because the company wanted to get rid of us so they can keep the clients and keep the spiffs themselves."
