What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"I dislike that it is a contract job with little benefits for contract employees. I also dislike different software programs that many employees are unaware of."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion for management would be to conduct mandatory weekly meetings. This will ensure that all project managers are reminded the importance of deadlines and expectations."

"I like the stability Chase has within the financial industry, and the ability to rebound in a positive manner."

"I dislike inconsistencies and the inability to streamline processes and procedures while maintaining quality and quantity."
