"I have worked for chase for 10 months, and i must say it was a great experience. I would recommend this position to someone at the entry level position. Overall it's a great place to get a start on your career, there is definitely a lot to learn, and there is tons of documentation, that will keep you busy and proficient in doing your job."

"The pay is not comparable to other banks. You definitely need a sales personality to work here. Oh and by the way, they love to work you six days out of seven, without any overtime. I consistently worked full-time hours but was given part-time status so they did not have to up my benefits."

"Management walked around consistently telling us we were replaceable. Service was not considered to be important. They only cared about sales and referrals there."

"Care about your employees. I was once told I could not take off work to go to my grandfather's funeral because it would interfere with the schedule."

"My advice for someone applying to Chase Bank would be to come early, dress professional, make eye contact, and be prepared with questions for the recruiter and the hiring manager. If you don't know an answer, say so. Don't make up a number."

"Sometimes JPMorgan Chase can be too big for its britches, meaning, you could end up talking to multiple departments before getting an answer. The main decision makers are in a different state, country or time zone, sometimes causing customer complaint resolution to be delayed."

"A recommendation to management would be more reward and recognition. Some real talent gets lost in a company so big."
