"My results have been very strong in my current position, and I feel like my boss is holding me back and won't let me move forward. I like my boss. However, this is very frustrating, so I am looking elsewhere. I don't want to feel stuck."

"Be ready to work 60 hours a week and receive pay for 40. There is so much oversight; you will have three managers attending all your meetings and reading all your emails. It is difficult at best to be a professional manager with so many layers of management involved in everything you do."

"I started with them when I first moved to New Jersey from Virginia. My son was four years old and I worked for one year in the intention to go apply full time in their finance department in New York City. But an accountant job was created for me at The Westye Group in New Jersey to speed up their inventory control and I was solicited from Chase bank to The Westye group as an accountant. But my dream work was to seek a professional career in finance and accounting with Chase Bank in NY. I believe Chase is a great bank and company to be in."

"It is a successful bank among the rest. I don't mind rejoining Chase again given the opportunity."
