"I've worked for Best Buy for 2 years. Overall pretty good experience in a collaborative workspace, the managers are great and always trying to motivate us in order to maintain a good conversion rate in term of services sold and at the same time providing a great costumer service. I learned a lot on how to approach clients depending on witch type of person I'm talking to, in order to present the services the right way."

"I’ve worked for Best Buy for 2 full years working in 4 departments total. I have been trained to be Cashier, computer associate, smart home associate including google expert, and gaming associate. My adaptability impressed not only myself and coworkers which inspired me to persue more serious jobs with my quick learning skills and ambitious talents as a saleswoman."

"I applied to work as Bestbuy one week after my separation from the military. They are a great company to work for because they show that they want to help customers with product knowledge, listening to customers needs, and suggestions on what would be the best thing for the customer to have. Bestbuy shows great value for its employees by making sure it builds around its core values. And making it a great environment to work at."

"I’ve worked for Best Buy for the past 3 years. My experience there was great because it really put me out of my comfort zone. This company allowed me to help change people’s lives by helping them chose a product that best suited their needs. Being 1 of the 90 employees that worked at the store, I was able to build a great relationship with my management as well as my coworkers."

"The workplace culture is fun and truly makes the job enjoyable. While you are a salesperson and mainly there to sell and make customers happy, it feels like the right place to do so. Management is flexible and looks out for employees, and good work does not go unseen."

"I have been employed by Best Buy For 5 years. I have enjoyed my time with the company, but I feel as though the company has lost its drive to become a better business. The lack of communication from all forms of management. The multiple shifts in CEO leadership in the past decade. The short, ineffective sales meetings, etc. I feel as though it’s time I start my journey with another company at this time. With that being said I would not trade my time working for this company as I established many good relationships with people who taught me lifelong skills."
