"Wells is a stable company that tries to do the right thing for both employees and customers."
"I worked for Wells Fargo for 3 years at their biggest Refinance Hub in the US. Our location closed thousands of loans each month."
"Great place to work for. Very little room for growth opportunity."
"The problem working at Wells Fargo is the salary midpoint and region you reside in. Once you are at or over the midpoint, you eventually will not get a raise. It becomes very difficult to move up to a higher level role, like the SA6, which really forces an employee to leave. Other than pay, it is an amazing company full of tenured, highly skilled and great workers (FTEs). They are super flexible about stuff like work hours, although I imagine it depends on the manager."
"Not a healthy environment."
"I have worked for Wells Fargo for four years. They are a top mortgage lender in the country. My processing center employs approximately 500 employees. I have learned a lot from my company and have worked with a lot of very nice people and very knowledgeable people whom I have learned a lot from."
"Wells Fargo is a good bank. However, my role is a mobile product manager, and I believe their support of technology (in this case customer facing mobile applications) is not very good and seems to be getting further behind over time. So I am therefore basing my rating on my experience in my particular role."
"Great company to work for."
"Good company to work. Depends which department to work for."
"Not a good place to work, very political."
"Toxic... I have never been treated so poorly. Managers were never there to help, only there to yell at you. Rules are constantly changing. They do not care about their customers at all. High turnover, which meant often going without lunches or P.T.O. At my branch people would actually cry. That's how bad it was. Worst managers I have ever worked for."
"This company was one the best companies I ever worked with. Environment and people were so good. Management was really good. I would 100% percent go back and work with this company If I get opportunity again to work with them."
"I enjoyed my work with Wells Fargo and the people I worked with."
"I worked for Wells Fargo Escrow for 9 years. The company offered excellent benefits and bonus structures. Sometimes I felt that the working environment was not always great, it was a good place to work."
"I've worked for Wells Fargo since 2009. The company has great pay and benefits including PTO, annual bonuses and tuition reimbursement. The company does encourage personal and professional growth but moving up internally can be challenging."
