"I am unemployed, but Verizon was a great company. I worked for Wireline and not Wireless, so the job opportunities have been slipping away more and more each year. Over the last 10 years, Verizon has had a reduction in force twice a year, every year."

"The company wants people who do jobs quickly and don't want people who do their job right. This is a top-down belief and there is no changing it."

"Management was very poor and it led to extreme pressure from my superiors to keep performing at a new peak every week."
