"The company wants people who do jobs quickly and don't want people who do their job right. This is a top-down belief and there is no changing it."

"Try to get everything they tell you in writing. What the company tells you is not the same as what the union controls."

"Try to eliminate the unions altogether. They only benefit the employees who do not want to do their own part."
